A series of contemporary, light filled townhouses, set in a row facing the water on a little island. This setting may not instantly evoke ‘London’, yet this is exactly where developers EcoWorld Ballymore are busy planning their latest venture.

London City Island is located on the ever-developing east part of town, a stone’s throw from Canary Wharf and London City Airport and represents one of the region’s fastest growing neighbourhoods on the Leamouth Peninsula.

Now, the developers, in collaboration with interior designers Amos & Amos, are launching a series of seven striking townhouses on the island, introducing further housing options on the ‘culturally-inspired’ scheme, which, come 2020 is also set to become the new home for the English National Ballet headquarters.
